By using AI Summary Card ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

AI Summary Card allows users to generate article summaries and summary images using AI technology. Users can manage their summaries, download images, and track their usage via a points system.

User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service or its users.
• Do not submit content that infringes on the rights of others.

Points System

The Service uses a points system to manage usage. Points are deducted for generating summaries and images. Abuse of the points system may result in account suspension.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content (excluding user-submitted content) belong to AI Summary Card. You retain rights to your submitted content.

Disclaimer

The Service and all generated content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any summaries or images generated. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Summary Card shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on generated content.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
